Flow Global Impact, in partnership with The Model International and Eijay Frimpong, is set to lead a sanitary pad donation campaign aimed at helping tackle period poverty among girls and women in the Eastern Region.
Dubbed “Flow of Freedom,” the campaign is focused on ending period poverty through awareness, education and action, while providing sanitary products to people who may struggle to afford them.
The initiative is scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Saforo DA (Saforo) and Kwamoso Presby (Kwamoso) in the Eastern Region.
The organisers say the campaign will combine sanitary pad donations with awareness efforts to promote menstrual health and help ensure that menstruation does not become a barrier to the daily lives and opportunities of girls and women.
The campaign is being presented under the theme “Ending period poverty through awareness and action.”
The initiative forms part of efforts by individuals and organisations to address menstrual challenges and improve access to menstrual hygiene products in communities where affordability can remain a concern.
