Reports indicate that he was immediately rushed to a hospital in Tarkwa, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The Western Regional Communication Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kirk Mensah, confirmed the news, describing Dzokoto as a comrade who collapsed during the radio discussion before being taken to the hospital.
Footage from the programme, shared on Owass FM’s Facebook page, appeared to show the actor experiencing breathing difficulties towards the end of the broadcast. He was seen handing a bottle of water to another guest before the camera became unstable and the livestream ended abruptly.
